Regal Custom Poker Chips Order Policy

Order Quantity: Minimum order 1000 Pieces Add chips in 100 Piece increments

Artwork: 2 Art Setups included with each order – one for each side of the chip

Additional Artwork: $25 per Additional design face (includes Production Layout)

Denominations: Flat fee of $45 for each unit of 5 denominations Denomination chip designs are identical except for the denomination value. Any changes in color or design is an additional artwork

Production Time:

10,000 pieces or less: Approximately 3 weeks from receipt of order and all materials.

Delivery time is approximate, and is NOT guaranteed.

10,000 pieces or more: CALL

RUSH ORDERS:

Production Rush: $50 Plus $0.05 each chip.
Guaranteed 5 business day from order till shipped. Subject to any Art approval delays.

Guarantee: Refund of the cost difference between rush freight and UPS ground shipping.

Order Acceptance: Orders are not submitted until all materials are received. All Chip
colors and quantities must also be submitted.

Art Changes: Proofing is for minor changes and spelling corrections. Large
changes may be subject to additional art charges.

Cancellations: Cancellations may be subject to $50 art fee.
